Gen X Juggler Podcast

Yesterday, we were the fun-loving feral kids of the 80’s, and today we’re grownup Gen Xers juggling the many joys and demands of midlife. That happened fast! This podcast covers topics that matter most to us as we navigate the uncharted waters of midlife and all that comes with it. We’ll reminisce about the good old days and also share stories and valuable conversations that help us make the most of the here and now.

In this episode, we take a look at regret. We may have racked up a few regrets by the time we hit midlife, but they don't have to eat us alive.
Some information and ideas in this episode were taken from an article published in Psychology Today entitled, "The Neuroscience of Regret." Here's the link if you'd like to read it for yourself.
